Where High Performance Golf Training Meets Quality Education
Comprehensive academic programs tailored for young golfers from Grade 4 through Grade 12
The TGSE Learning Centre is where learners combine intensive high performance golf training with quality school education. Students can choose between studying the international Cambridge system, the American GED or South African CAPS system (MobyMax).
The education is a hybrid of traditional and modern techniques, with full tutor support in supervised classes. This unique approach provides excellent academic support, whilst providing young golfers with the flexibility to adapt their study time around their tournament schedule.
Every student is able to work at their own pace, based on a preset work plan in each subject. The students split their days between the classroom, the range, the gym and the golf course.

A comprehensive approach to developing world-class golfers
Players receive world class coaching from a team of TGSE certified PGA Coaches. Full use is made of the latest coaching technology and training aids to accelerate the improvement process. Training is skill based, with technical interventions if required.
Students receive regular group and individual training in golf fitness and physical literacy. The focus of the training is to create mobility, stability, speed and power to ensure maximum efficiency for the golf swing and to prevent injuries.
Students receive weekly mental conditioning and motivational sessions in a group format. Private sessions with our resident Mental Coach are also available at additional charge.
TGSE students compete in weekly strokeplay tournaments and multi-round championships, which form the basis of the TGSE Order of Merit. All vital statistics are analysed to help form the students Performance Development Programme.

TGSE has developed a unique statistics and reporting software system, through which parents can view scores and statistics updated on a weekly basis. The system is password protected, giving each family exclusive access to the student's profile, and is accessed through the TGSE website.
A whole host of provincial and international representatives have been trained at TGSE, including three world champions and many who have gone on to achieve playing privileges on the Sunshine Tour and international tours.
All students seeking quality education are welcome at our learning centre. Whether you're a dedicated golfer or simply looking for a supportive academic environment with flexible learning options, TGSE provides excellent educational opportunities for grades 4-12.
